SPECIAL FEATURES OF 550 D BARS

LPLS
In order to give more protection, AMMAN-TRY Fe 550 Steel TMT Bars have 10-15 % more strength (Yield Strength). The low phosphorus and sulphur content of Fe 550 TMT Bars makes it good bendability and has high ductility regardless of its strength.

Large Martensite Structure
Martensite is one of the three microstructures of the bars. Since the area of the martensite
structure in Fe 550 steel bars are 30-40 % more and uniform, the strength will be uniform throughout the bars.

15 – 20 % Steel Saving
If the strength of the bars is high, there is a guidance to reduce the area of bars used in concrete. Under the guidance of experienced engineers and architects, the Fe 550 d TMT Bars will surely save steel up to 15-20 %.
