Harish Ravikumar a Chief Executive Officer in Engineer’s Mart. He heads the Supply Chain, Marketplace platform, Finance, Analytics, Planning, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions at the company. He worked as a construction engineer in a reputed construction company for two years.With the urge in digital transformation and technological innovation engineermart.in was founded in 2023 making construction material procurement easier and quality driven. Harish Ravikumar has a management degree and an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Sastra University,India. As a Engineering professional, we dedicate all our efforts to improve the way of construction material procurement much easier , innovative and Technologically driven ecommerce platform.We strive towards our goal of contributing to Digital India and improving India’s infrastructure Development mission as a quality driven .We learn from our experience and improvising the customer’s experience and delivering the products to end customer at Industry standards.

Vijayakumar is a Chief Operating Officer in Engineer’s Mart.He heads the product management,supplier governance,inventory analytics and resource management in Engineer’s Mart. As a vast experience of 20 years as a civil engineering professional and CEO of Vijay Adithya constructions.With strong background in civil field,he executed numerous big projects in industrial,commercial and residential as quality driven . With strong knowledge in material procurement background, quality and quantity oriented materials are sorted out as per industry standards. Vijayakumar is a undergraduate in civil engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology,India. As an Operational head,with many accolades for his industry contributions. He excels in propelling strategic growth and establishing powerful brand identities. His leadership inspires our dynamic teams to achieve exceptional outcomes and redefine how businesses connect in our e-commerce.

Tamilselvan Eswaramoorthy

(External Head of supply chain and Logistics Management)

He is a Head of Research with Equalbase Development. Equalbase is a Singapore-based commercial and industrial property development and management company.

He has been a part of the Supply Chain industry for the past 10 years and has worked with logistics companies such as Geodis SCO (4PL), TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Pan Asia Logistics. He has a track record of overseeing diverse projects and spearheading logistics solution design within a multinational logistics corporation catering to key clientele.

Tamilselvan received a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Anna University Chennai, India and a master’s degree in Transportation & Logistics Management from the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

(Advisor-Business Planning and Development)
He is an established Strategic Sourcing, Supply chain & Operations professional with a decade of experience. He is currently the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), a semiconductor conglomerate. In past, worked for technology manufacturing companies Diebold Nixdorf and Kulicke & Sofa. Throughout his career, he managed supplier selections & business allocation across China, Taiwan, SEA, Europe & USA. His educational qualifications include bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and master’s degree in Transportation & Logistics management from Technical University of Munich
