Cancellation Policy

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. The order cannot be cancelled once it’s DISPATCHED .The order cannot be cancelled once the order has dispatched.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specifed time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the product mentioned on the product page or order confrmation page will be considered fnal.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Engineer’s Mart reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Engineer’s Mart also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time limit or cancellation fee from time to time.

Returns Policy

Return and Replacement policy is applicable only for specifed list of products and return policies vary with respect to product categories. Kindly check the below mentioned details for our return and replacement policies.

All Return and Replacement is applicable only if;

● A short video and photograph of the product should be taken along with vehicle number during delivery of the product by our customer.

● Reporting the issue to Engineer’s Mart customer care on the day of delivery itself.

A return and replacement will be done by Engineer’s Mart at no additional cost to the customer.

A return / replacement request should be made on delivery day of the product itself by customer care support.And your request will be sorted within one day itself.
